Make it all go away

Q: Who is it for?
A: Individual cyclists, bike shops, bike teams, bicycle companies, non-profit bicycle organizations who are in possession of a variety of used, lightly used or new items.

Q: What kind of items will you take?
A: Just about everything that has value and is worth the effort to sell. For a more detailed explanation, please see the page: What we will and will not sell.

Q: How do you determine the price of my items?
A: We use our data base of past transactions and our  knowledge of the current market to determine a fair market price for your item.

Q: How does the payout work?
A: The higher the selling price of your item, the more money you get back. Please see the page: The Payout.

Q: Who pays for inbound shipping?
A: We will email you FedEx shipping labels and deduct the costs from your payout.

Q: Do I have to make an inventory list?
A: No, you do not have to. We will inventory your items once they arrive and send you a list of everything we are going to sell.

Q: How long will it be before I get paid?
A: Your payout will be distributed once everything has sold or after 60 days from the date your items arrived at the facility.

Q: How will I get paid?
A: We will mail you a check.

Q: Can I drop the gear with you?
A: Yes, you can. Please call and make an appointment. Please bring valid government issued identification.

Q: What if I have a basement full of bikes and gear?
A: Send us images and a general description of the number of items that need to go and we will arrange a third party transporter to pick it all up.
