Q: Who is it for?
A: Individual cyclists, bike shops, bike teams, bicycle companies, non-profit bicycle organizations who are in possession of a variety of used, lightly used or new items.

Q: What kind of items will you take? 
A: Just about everything that has value and is worth the effort to sell. For a more detailed explanation, please the link: What we will and will not sell.

Q: Will you auction my items if I choose this program?
A: Yes. Some of your items we will auction. For items that have a known market value, we will list them as Buy It Now.

Q: What do you charge for a commission?
A: Frame and Wheel provides its services on a cost plus basis. Please see the link: Frame and Wheel Commission.

Q: Who pays for shipping?
A: You. FedEx and UPS are recommended.

Q: Do I have to make an inventory list?
A: No, you do not have to. We will inventory your items once they arrive and send you a list of everything we are going to sell.

Q: How long will it be before I get paid?
A: We pay out within thirty days. If it is a large volume transaction, it will take longer. In those cases we will pay out every thirty days as we work our way through the gear.

Q: How will I get paid?
A: We will mail you a check.

Q: Can I drop the gear with you?
A: Yes, you can. Please call and make an appointment. Please bring valid government issued identification.

Q: What if I have a basement full of bikes and gear?
A: If you are located in New England, you can hire Frame and Wheel to pick up your items. Please see Frame and Wheel Pick Up Zones and Costs.
